Staff very helpful and friendly, spotted some boots but they hadn't got them in my size but said they could get my size for me, as I was only in Bath for the weekend I declined.

They said that's ok we can deliver them to your home it will take about 5 to 10 working days. Loved the boot so much I said OK and the boots arrived in 3 working days. Now that's what I call good service. Spot on..
